Cana Consulting is partnering with a fast-growing regional infrastructure and technology platform to appoint a Corporate Legal Counsel to support strategic corporate initiatives across Asia Pacific. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to work closely with senior stakeholders on high-value transactions, regional expansion projects, and complex cross-border matters in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters across the business.
- Lead and support mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, corporate restructurings, and expansion initiatives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements, and ancillary corporate documentation.
