You have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a London‑based technology company. The company is a multinational food distribution platform with offices in major cities around the world.
The Senior Legal Counsel provides general legal assistance to the General Counsel, Lead Counsel, and Advisor on legal matters pertaining to the client’s various entities’ operations and governance.
Responsibilities
Provide general legal assistance to the executive team, advising on legal matters related to the client’s operations and governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in law or a related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience, ideally with a recognized law firm or an in‑house senior legal position, and demonstrated administrative skills and experience in a major global business.
