To provide comprehensive legal advice and support to CelcomDigi’s operational and technical divisions—including Technology, Regulatory, Strategy, Innovation, Corporate Affairs, Enterprise Business, Sales and Retail, Customer Experience, Consumer Business, Transformation, Finance, and Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and internal policies for operational and technical matters.
- Evaluate legal risks and provide strategic guidance to safeguard CelcomDigi’s interests while supporting business objectives.
- Conduct legal research and analysis, offering well-founded advice and recommending appropriate actions in CelcomDigi’s best interest.
