Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel (Regulatory & Litigation)
Responsibilitie
- sProvide legal advice on policy, regulatory, and compliance matters relating to telecommunications, media, digital services, data governance, and data protection
- .Support the organisation's corporate and industry development initiatives by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documentation
- .Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and review legislation, regulatory frameworks, policies, and industry guidelines
- .Identify legal and regulatory risks, and recommend practical risk mitigation measures, governance frameworks, and internal policies
