About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic Legal team at the UAE headquarters in Dubai.
Reporting to the Group General Counsel , this role will provide commercially focused legal support across YDE’s renewable energy business, with a focus on project development, commercial contracts, regulatory matters and transaction execution.
You will work closely with Commercial, Risk, Technical, Finance, Operations, HR and country teams to support solar PV, BESS, hybrid energy and energy efficiency projects across the Middle East.
