Job Description
An established, independent multi-family office headquartered in Singapore is inviting a keen individual to join its team as a Senior Legal Counsel.
Job Responsibilities- Assessing investments, advising the families on regulatory questions
- Instructing external counsel and drafting the firm’s policies and internal guidance, with the occasional M&A or financing transaction along the way.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, with particular attention to cross-border agreements.
- Help design and implement the firm’s risk-management systems alongside the legal team.
- Carry out legal assessments and due diligence on prospective investments and advise on the structuring of asset-holding vehicles (e.g. VCC) and their capital structures.
