Key Responsibilities Legal Advisory
- Provide timely and practical legal advice to management and business units on commercial, operational, regulatory, and corporate matters.
- Advise on legal risks associated with certification, testing, inspection, auditing, and assurance services.
- Support strategic business initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
- Available to provide timely legal and strategic support to senior management, including after‑office hours when required, to address urgent business matters and critical inquiries.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
- Certification and inspection service agreements
- Customer contracts
- Supplier and vendor agreements
- Distribution and partnership agreements
- Non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs)
