Job Description
Key Responsibilities of this Senior Legal Counsel:
- Support the General Counsel in developing and implementing global legal frameworks, governance policies, and best practices
- Provide legal oversight for day-to-day business operations, including commercial transactions and procurement agreements
- Advise on corporate matters such as mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, and new business initiatives
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and procurement contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
- Develop and maintain contract templates, legal standards, and documentation processes
- Manage external counsel across transactional, advisory, and dispute-related matters
- Oversee litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory investigations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
