Senior Legal Counsel, Trade Compliance & UFLPA

Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join a leading solar panel manufacturing company in Glasgow. In this role, you will provide legal support for commercial contracts, supply chain compliance, and trade regulations, focusing on U.S. forced labor compliance.

The successful candidate will have an active U.S. bar admission and experience interacting with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Responsibilities include reviewing agreements, supporting compliance efforts, and advising on solar module import issues.
