Job Description
An international Industrial Trading House is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Manager to support commercial operations, contract management, and day-to-day legal matters across a high-volume trading platform. This role will support cross-border transactions involving industrial materials, equipment, and project-related supply activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage purchase orders, supply agreements, trading contracts, and other commercial documentation
- Support domestic and international trading operations from a legal and contractual perspective
- Manage contract execution, amendments, renewals, and ongoing compliance with agreed terms
- Handle claims, delivery disputes, payment issues, and other contract-related matters
