Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented legal professional to join our Corporate Legal team as a Senior Manager. The role will be responsible for handling end-to-end contract management and legal documentation support across business functions. The candidate will play a key role in reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements while ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities: • Review, draft, negotiate, and manage various commercial agreements including: NDAs MSAs SOWs RFP/RFI related documents Vendor and customer contracts Service agreements and other legal/commercial documents • Handle end-to-end contract lifecycle management from initial review to contract execution/signature. • Provide legal support for business proposals, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations. • Identify legal and contractual risks and provide practical risk mitigation recommendations. • Ensure contractual and post-contract...
