Job Description

Leading international law firm are recruiting for PAs for various practice groups. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the best established global firms in the Dublin market.
In an exciting venture – this firm have recently established a standalone billing function which will remove this duty from the workload of PAs. In addition, they offer a clearly defined path to progression.


Going forward, Legal PA duties will include:

  • Diary, inbox and travel management for Partners.

  • Preparing high-quality documents according to house style.

  • Preparation of presentations and pitches for business development activities.

  • Coordination of client events in collaboration with Marketing team.

  • Tracking CPD activities for fee-earners across the department.
