Commercial Loan Assistant
Under limited supervision, provides advanced support to Commercial Loan Officers by performing varied administrative duties related to commercial lending. Has a thorough understanding of complex loan requirements and assists in the preparation of all types of loan packages. Serves as a liaison between lenders, internal business partners and customers. Able to provide executive assistant role by helping with calendar coordination and scheduling meetings. Will also need to be able to compile management reports.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties
- Participates with and assists loan officers on commercial and real estate loans
- Coordinates with title companies on real estate loans
- Provides administrative and operational support within the commercial loan function; assists loan officers in handling loans
