Responsibilities
The primary focus of this position is the end‑to‑end processing of Private Hire Operator licence applications, from receipt and validation through to final issue, ensuring all applications fully comply with the requirements of City of Wolverhampton Council. You will play a critical role in maintaining standards, ensuring accuracy, and supporting a robust and compliant licensing service. In addition, you will act as a key point of expertise within the team, offering guidance, sharing technical knowledge, and supporting Licensing Officers in their day‑to‑day work.
