Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Loan Partner to provide comprehensive support to mortgage loan officers throughout the loan lifecycle. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can independently manage loan files from initial application through submission while delivering excellent client support and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the mortgage loan process from pre-qualification to loan submission in partnership with loan officers.
- Analyze and structure loan scenarios based on borrower profiles and lender/investor requirements.
- Review borrower financial documents including income, credit, assets, and liabilities for completeness and accuracy.
- Calculate income for salaried, hourly, and self-employed borrowers in line with underwriting standards.
