As amercial Property Lawyer, you’ll provide expert legal advice on a broad range of property matters. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure transactions are legally robust,mercially viable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, negotiate, and review property contracts, leases, and agreements.
Advise on landlord and tenant matters, property management issues, and statutorypliance.
Support regeneration and development projects, includingplexmercial arrangements.
