Job Description
Our client is a Big 4, currently looking to integrate a Senior M&A Experienced Consultant with proven experience in executing M&A transactions, particularly in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
CANDIDATE
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing M&A processes from the beginning through to execution and closing.
- Leading financial modeling and valuation for renewable and infrastructure assets.
- Supporting negotiations and preparing transaction documentation (e.g. teasers, info memos, financial models).
- Evaluating investment opportunities and advising clients on transaction strategy and structuring.
- Coordinating with legal, technical, and commercial advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Presenting complex findings in a clear, concise manner to internal stakeholders and clients.
