About the Role
You’ll be leading technical work within a team of adaptable, creative and product‑focused engineers, training and integrating cutting‑edge machine learning across a variety of products and deploying them into production for millions of users.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Joining the Machine Learning Growth Personalisation team to build and optimise recommender systems, behavioural models, and other personalization features for the Cleo product.
- Developing and deploying recommendation, uplift, and multi‑armed bandit models into our production environments using our in‑house ML platform.
- Working cross‑functionally with backend engineers, data analysts and product managers to integrate ML solutions into the product roadmap.
- Identifying unknown or poorly understood problems and leading technical initiatives that impact multiple squads.
