This role performs a mix of preventative maintenance, repairs, and day‑to‑day work orders while serving as a technical resource and mentor to junior technicians. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with institutional mechanical systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support a wide range of building maintenance needs.
