Job Description
The Head of Agency has extensive expertise and experience in social services and is responsible for supervising strategic initiatives, corporate governance, resource management, organisational development, and capability development. They establish and monitor key indicators of the organisation’s impact and financial health and prepare strategic plans and annual budgets for approval by the board of trustees. They develop and review frameworks for operating guidelines and standards, direct the implementation of corporate policies in accordance with governance regulations, and drive improvements to service delivery and operational efficiency. They represent the organisation at external events and foster collaborations with external agencies.
