What You Will Be Doing
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-20 people in various roles between accounting managers, supervisors/seniors, and accountants, across multiple sites and locations, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, set goals and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Plan and manage team workload to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-training within the team.
- Collaborate with other CoE leadership to drive standardization and process enhancements across the organization.
Close Effectiveness
- Oversee the accounting close process across the financial statements and supplemental data gathering for all relevant sites, ensuring data is accurate and OneStream submission and controls deadlines are met effectively and consistently.
