Senior Manager – Retail Account Executive, Dubai

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture merchant partnerships across the retail segment in CEMEA.
  • Act as the regional subject‑matter authority, providing differentiated value to Visa’s top retail merchants through data‑driven insights, product expertise, and commercialization strategy.
  • Manage assigned client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and implement programs that support growth of retail merchants in CEMEA.
  • Collaborate with global product, consulting & analytics, cross‑border solutions, finance, merchant sales, issuer relationship, customer support, and marketing teams.
  • Partner with key client executives to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Act as the retail SME on industry trends, payment flows, and retail economics.
