Management of Operations
- Set and monitor standards for Aerodromes in respect of civil infrastructure, electrical installations, aerodrome quality management system, Obstacles, Apron operations as well as Rescue and Firefighting Services.
- Define the scope of oversight requirements, the scope of work, and the required resources.
- Develop annual oversight plans and safety promotion plans.
- Provide oversight on work programmes and control performance.
- Develop and maintain systems to measure that established standards are continually evaluated for process improvements.
- Facilitate the implementation of a risk-based oversight process on all aerodromes and facilities functions and activities.
