(What the role is) As Senior Manager / Assistant Director (Pre-Employment Training), you will lead the strategy and implementation of programmes that build a strong talent pipeline for Singapore's Digital Economy. You will work closely with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), industry leaders, and internal stakeholders to ensure that Singapore's graduates are equipped with the right skills, practical experience, and industry exposure to thrive in the Infocomm and Media (ICM) sectors. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with strong strategic acumen, a passion for talent development, and the ability to engage senior decision-makers and diverse partners.
