Position Summary * Lead and manage all aspects of the critical systems branch performance with as emphasis on growth and profitability of Wiring Devices and Lighting Control offers. * Has overall management responsibility of Business development and customer satisfaction. * The incumbent is expected to support a diverse team and develop strategies to achieve business performance and profitability and improve the market share. * Work closely with sales team to give direction to identify opportunities to build business value proposition for our existing, and potential new customer. * The incumbent is responsible for the development of a clear direction for the team to drive consistent with our overall corporate strategic direction but incorporates the unique needs of the branch business.
