Working closely with the Chief Broking Officer, this position will drive regional growth, strengthen market relationships, and enhance placement strategies across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to and execute regional broking strategies aligned with business growth and financial objectives.
- Drive new business development, portfolio expansion, and client acquisition initiatives.
- Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with regional and global insurers and reinsurers.
