Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Business Architecture owns the evolution of business architecture and ensures initiatives delivered by internal teams and technology partners remain aligned to target-state intent-translating strategy into implemented capabilities and shipped use cases. Business Architecture & Roadmap Ownership
Maintain clear traceability from strategy roadmap capabilities initiatives. Refresh and manage a multi-year business architecture roadmap, aligning initiatives (e.g., platform modernization, AI enablement, transformation programs). Continuously refine the roadmap based on evolving priorities, dependencies, and value realization. Keep business architecture current by working closely with internal teams and technology partners to reflect platform changes, constraints, and new opportunities (e.g., cloud and data platform evolution).
