Responsible for defining SHINE’s vision and strategies across all divisions, in collaboration with LT.Ensure strategies across all divisions are aligned with SHINE’s overall vision by breaking down the silo.Collaborate with LT to prioritize business strategies and timing of strategy roll out in a roadmapSupport the implementation of strategies by ensuring proper planning is carried out by the project team, key stakeholders are engaged and aware of the initiative for buy-in.Work effectively across Divisions and functions (EBG, CBG, CX, Finance etc.) to determine business goals and perform budgeting/forecast exercise.Ensure that the business is on track financially and strategically by providing regular performance reports and trends.Ability to frame up business issues and pain points into actionable i...
