Job Summary:
Reporting to and partnering with the Vice President for Facilities , the Senior Manager, Capital Projects and Campus Infrastructure directly manages the University’s capital projects, including: new construction, campus infrastructure, interior renovation, repurposing, relocation, new installation and replacement of non-mechanical, electrical, and plumbing ( MEP ) equipment, and site improvements at the Metropolitan and Florham Campuses. Assists with or directly manages, as assigned, major MEP , utility system, and building envelope upgrades and replacements at the Metropolitan and Florham Campuses. Develops proposed/potential capital projects and makes recommendations for project priority based on University need and available resources. As capital projects are prioritized and approved, directly manages or, as required for regulatory compliance or business need, directly manages consultants to develop capital projects through the programming, budgeting, design, value ...
