About the opportunity
The Senior Manager, Case Management and Remediation is an integral member of the Workplace Compliance and Policy leadership team, with a strong focus on wage compliance, underpayment investigations, and remediation.
This role is responsible for the end to end management of underpayment enquiries, historical claims, and investigations, ensuring accurate identification, calculation, and remediation of wage discrepancies.
