FFM Berhad, Sungai Buloh, Selangor seeks a Central Kitchen Manager to build and lead a new Central Kitchen from the ground up, ensuring efficient operations, quality, and cost optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end development of the Central Kitchen, from initial planning and construction through to operational readiness.
- Oversee planning, construction phases, and commissioning, ensuring timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
- Design facility layout, workflow optimization, and infrastructure planning to support efficient large‑scale production.
- Select, install, and commission equipment aligned with production requirements.
- Establish and manage production capabilities for student meals, prefabricated/ready‑to‑eat dishes, cold and hot chain bento, baked goods, and rice and noodle products.
