Job Description
Strategic Leadership
- Mapping and maintaining a database of existing and future specialty and subspecialty services across the organization.
- Developing and maintaining governance frameworks for specialty service development.
- Anticipating and implementing future enhancements and new practices for each specialty.
- Building clinical leadership capacity, ensuring Heads of Specialty (HOS) and other senior clinicians are supported in decision-making and service planning.
Academic & Training Responsibilities
- Supporting curriculum development for the Centre of Experiential Learning.
- Providing teaching, training, and clinical attachments support for masters and fellowship programs.
- Coordinating and facilitating workshops, conferences, and specialty-specific trainings.
