Our client, a leading NBFC is looking for a seasoned Compensation, Benefits & Payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll operations, compensation administration, statutory compliance, benefits management, and workforce cost analytics.

Location: Mumbai (Fort)
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Rewards
- Manage salary structures, compensation frameworks, incentive plans, and annual compensation review cycles.
- Support salary benchmarking, increment planning, promotions, and variable pay administration.
- Develop and analyse CTC structures, compensation costs, and reward programs.
Payroll Management
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across employee categories.
- Handle payroll reconciliation, full & final settlements, gratuity, leave encashment, reimbursements, and payroll MIS.
