Responsibilities: Lead and manage sector-wide C&B reviews and projects independently.
Manage end-to-end C&B initiatives, including design, financial modelling, simulations, communication and change management.
Drive harmonisation of salary structures, bonus frameworks, and employment terms across institutions.
Support alignment with public healthcare directives and senior management strategies.
Collaborate closely with institution HR teams to review policy changes or deviation requests.
Develop compensation proposals and analytical insights to inform decision-making.
Conduct market benchmarking and analyse compensation trends and legislative updates.
Ensure C&B programmes remain competitive, compliant and aligned with best practices.
Support renewal of teaching-related agreements and establish charging norms for medical education services.
