Senior Manager, Control Process Automation & Data
Location: London; Remote (UK)
Position Overview: This role sits at the heart of Monzo’s Control Discipline change agenda, supporting the delivery of a future, technology‑first, and data‑driven risk management model. The role will be instrumental in embedding agility, automation, and intelligence into how we manage risks and controls across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Control Discipline data and technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Monzo’s expansion plans and Group Risk strategy.
- Design and deliver a scalable operating model in partnership with Risk & Control leads for a global organisation.
- Partner with Data and Engineering to translate risk management needs into technology and data requirements, supporting the transformation agenda.
