The Senior Manager, Counselling & Community Services is responsible for leading MTFA’s counselling services while overseeing the delivery of community‑based support services. The role focuses on ensuring quality counselling practice, effective case management, and well‑coordinated community interventions to support individuals and families across preventive and intervention needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counselling Services Leadership (Primary Focus)
- Lead the delivery of counselling services across MTFA.
- Provide clinical guidance on case formulation, intervention approaches, and ethical considerations.
