Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) for our Operational Excellence (OE) team to strengthen SMM governance, operational performance, and capability development. It covered audit compliance, and maintenance of industry accreditations to support business continuity. Drive organization excellence via health check, training framework implementation, and best practice sharing to enhance organization competencies. Additionally, it supports business development through IOC account management, tender strategy support, and centralized information management.
Governance & Compliance
Audit Management: Oversee and monitor SMM operational compliance in alignment with GIA (Group Internal Audit) standards.
Issue Resolution: Lead the follow-up on GIA audit findings, tracking progress and coordinating with operational teams to ensure timely closure of gaps.
