Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead the team of highly skilled Field Service Engineers across Asia.
  • Ensure the health and safety of the Field Service team, colleagues and customers.
  • Accountable for positive leadership of direct reports, including ongoing direction, coaching, and career development.
  • Maintain a capable, motivated, supported, and compliant Field Service workforce that is challenged, busy, properly trained, and equipped with necessary tools and test equipment.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by performing service interventions to the highest possible standard.
