Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting

Adams Lake Indian Band is seeking a Sr. Manager, Finance and Accounting to work under the direction of the Adams Lake Band’s Chief Financial Officer. The individual’s main responsibility is to provide leadership and oversight of the Band’s financial operations, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and performance of all accounting functions. This role oversees financial reporting, audits, payroll, cash management, internal controls, and compliance with the Financial Administration Law, Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS), and applicable requirements of related entities.

As a senior advisor and trusted partner to leadership, the position ensures financial systems, policies, and processes effectively support program delivery, regulatory compliance, and informed decision‑making.
