Position Summary
Shared services organization seeks an accomplished and analytical Finance Sr Manager Business Process Optimization / Transformation to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our finance operations.
This role will be responsible for mapping existing processes, identifying standardization opportunities, and implementing solutions to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
This position will collaborate closely with finance, IT and business stakeholders to align transformation projects with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping & Analysis: Lead comprehensive mapping of current finance processes (e.g. AP, AR, GL, tax, payroll) to understand workflows, dependencies and pain points.
