This role will play a critical part in transitioning financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business growth in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.

Must‑Have Requirements
- Certification: Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Philippines (Mandatory)
- Experience: 4-8 years of progressive finance experience
- Background: Strong background in audit or corporate finance (Big Four preferred)
- M&A / Post‑Merger Integration (PMI): Earnout tracking, or financial transition of acquired entities
