In this role you, will:
Liaise and maintain strong working relationship with Global Securitizations personnel in Toronto and New York, and Corporate Banking execution in Mexico involved in securitizations structuring.Review pertinent external rating agency criteria and perform in depth assessment of program structure and performance of incoming credit applications.Ensure all proposed credit exposures are in compliance with the established guidelines and limits, and provide rationale for exceptions.Provide recommendations to senior executives and participate in discussions in Senior Credit Committees.Prepare authorizations to communicate the terms and conditions of transactions.Review documentation governing credit facilities as required (i.e., ISDA trading documentation)Conduct industry analysis and lending guideline policy reviews for submission to senior management, in...
