What you’ll be doing:
+ Lead the PHY layer verification team members & activities.
+ Responsible for ramping full regression and continues integration capabilities for all products Pre and Post Silicon.
+ Form the team development methodology
+ Take active part in bring-up of new products.
+ Debug and screen HW/FW/SW issues.
+ Maintenance of overall FW & tools verification plan. Develop new methodologies to improve the Dev process.
