In this role you will:
Lead and drive a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Provide fraud delivery, leadership and execution expertise, working with stakeholders across the Bank. This will include overseeing the management of different internal programs intended to detect, identify, prevent and report fraudulent activities varying in degree of complexity on non-card bank products.Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant business partners to resolve issues, remove roadblocks and mitigate losses. Act as a subject matter expert on fraud events and be able to effectively communicate amongst relevant stakeholders.
