- Lead and oversee regional tender management teams to drive business growth and ensure timely, competitive tender submissions
- Manage end-to-end tender processes including pre-bid preparation, pricing reviews, solution design, bid submission, and post-bid analysis
- Collaborate closely with product, procurement, operations, and commercial teams to develop commercially viable and operationally deliverable logistics solutions
- Drive standardization and optimization of global tender management processes, incorporating market best practices and technology tools
- Utilize market intelligence and benchmarking platforms to strengthen pricing competitiveness and improve tender win rates
