About the Role
Lead end‑to‑end indirect sourcing strategy and execution from demand planning to supplier selection, negotiation, and contract finalization across key technology categories such as Hardware, Software, Applications, Network and Security, and other related domains.Also support category planning and spend analysis, and other Sourcing projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing Activities Execution
Manage independently in sourcing activities execution including but not limited to internal requirement analysis, supply market analysis, sourcing strategy development, competitive bidding process, negotiation, and contract review.
Provide sourcing direction and guidance to stakeholders and in-country procurement teams for the responsible categories/project/request.
