About the Role
Supports the Strategy and Customer Segments Head in planning, leading, organizing, controlling direction, and implementing strategies & initiatives to acquire new customers, improve bank partner penetration & customer persistency, and maximize the customer lifetime value of the mass market segment portfolio.The High Value market segment includes: BPIs Preferred Segment, which includes Next and Gold clients, and Private Wealth Segments.
The Head will be responsible for:
1.the ability of the distribution channels to cater to its customers and bank partners
2. ensuring that product and service offerings are relevant
3. keeping all needed and provided support at optimal levels
