Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Performs any or all of the following in various degrees according to the position’s job level:
- Constructs segment initiatives and activities, including but not limited to, recommending product concepts and develop packaging/positioning materials for the segment
- Ensures optimal number of relevant and quality leads for sales channels to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Coordinates and collaborates with the appropriate BPI AIA and AIA PH units to ensure delivery of tasks.
- Develops and implements client and distribution engagement activities for the segment
- Liaise with Bank segment team and bancassurance team for alignment of programs and activities
- Monitors, analyzes and makes recommendations on the production performance of the segment
- Manages special projects designed to improve business development processes.
