**POSITION SUMMARY**
The HR Core People Services **Team Lead** is responsible for delivering HR Core Services across designated populations within a geographic zone, with accountability for work allocation, resource alignment, and high-quality execution. This role leads a team supporting employee lifecycle activities and ensures work is effectively prioritized, routed, and delivered in a consistent, compliant, and timely manner.
The Lead translates the operating model into day-to-day service delivery, partnering closely with HRBPs, COEs, Employee Relations, Specialized Services, Product/GPO teams, the business, and external providers to ensure coordinated execution, clear handoffs, and effective escalation management.
