Labcorp is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Technology(Workday Security) for a team in Durham, NC.
The **Senior Manager, HR Technology (Workday Security)** is a key member of the HR Technology team, requiring deep technical expertise in Workday’s security framework. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable access to Workday applications; aligning access across other HR technology tools; and enabling and supporting enterprise business transformation initiatives. The Senior Manager will partner closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional business stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class Workday security model aligned to organizational policies and regulatory requirements and best practice.
